F.E.A.R. has two meanings: forget everything and run, or face everything and rise. The choice is yours.

From a young age, Kristen has been involved in different artistic forms of body development: from ballet to tap dancing, jazz, and aerobics. These have all formed a fundamental pillar of Kristen’s functional movement training. Kristen finished studying at Otago Polytechnic in 2018 and has been in the fitness industry since then. She thrives on passing on her knowledge to clients and is proactive about her commitment to learning to keep up with the latest styles and trends, as these rapidly change throughout the fitness industry.


 Three words that describe Kristen are variety, creativity, and vivaciousness!
