G.H.Q -  Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads- “the sister class to core.” 


This 30 minute class is all about building strength and shape through the powerhouse muscles of your lower body.


Your glutes, hamstrings and quads aren’t just for looks. They support your hips and knees, protect your back, boost your balance and power up every step, squat and lift you do in daily life. 


And here’s the bonus, strong legs mean a stronger core. These muscles anchor your pelvis, protect your spine and help your abs do their job more effectively. In other words, training your lower body is core training.


Expect a mix of strength and endurance work that will sculpt, burn and challenge you from start to finish. We keep the pace high and the moves effective so you walk out feeling stronger, fitter and unstoppable.
