This is our free for FITcamp and unlimited class pass memberships run/walk session where any levels of fitness can join (plus the coach will be joining you ) 


We will literally be running or walking or a mix of both for time rather than distance. 


Perfect for all levels of fitness you don’t have to run or you might want to start running. 

There is no pressure and like all our sessions no judgement.
