This class is 30 min and suitable for any fitness level.
These sessions are from the first few rounds of Bootcamp (now called FITcamp) that we did back in 2017, looking back is always fun, to see how far we have come and how much we have changed over the years, or were the sessions just as hard then!? You be the judge.

Please remember we have a 12 hour cancelation policy, if you can not make your session and you know before the 12 hours please un book. If you are an unlimited member, by joining this session you understand and agree that #teamtash will be invoicing you $10 if you are a repeated no show. Unless extreme circumstances.
