This 30 minute small group training style class is the perfect mix of strength and cardio. This class will challenge you, inspire you, and have you walking away feeling empowered. If you’re wanting results, combining both strength training and cardio into your workout regimen is key.
In this session we ask you to lift a bit heavier, go a bit fast and lean into being uncomfortable.
We recommend a good level of fitness for this season.
