Step aerobics is an old school classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results.
The "step" is a raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles with a sprinkle of jazz hands. Plus it is super fun!
No coroinadtion? no problems! It's important that we continue to challenge the mind and the body and do things that take us out of our comfort zone. This is a super fun workout, and remember the studio is a safe place to mess things up, no one cares, Tash messes this up all the time and just laughs at herself and joins back in, don't worry she will not be coaching it, lol.

This is suitable for all fitness levels. This is a workout where you will work away feeling worked not smashed.
