Boxing targets the entire body, In addition to boosting strength and cardiorespiratory fitness, boxing is incredibly taxing on the core and improves a number of skill-related parameters of fitness, including balance, coordination, reactivity, and agility. 


BOXfit is high intensity and not only helps to strengthen and tone your muscles, but it's also a great stress release and it burns around 400 calories a class. 


INTENSITY LEVEL - High

We recommend a good level of fitness for this season. 


 PLEASE REMEMBER  We have a 12 hour cancelation policy and if you can not make your class please un book so someone else can take your space. If you are on an unlimited Membership, by joining this session you understand and agree that #teamtash will be invoicing  you $10 if you are a repeated no show. Unless extreme circumstances
