Our open studio sessions are for you to come in and workout on your own, you may have something you want to practice on, a session your PT has made for you or you may just want to come and sit on a bike. 


Not sure what to do in this time, don't worry we got you, as we will also will have a few different workouts you could pick from and do. 


INTENSITY LEVEL - what ever you want it to be.

This is suitable for all fitness levels.


 PLEASE REMEMBER  We have a 12 hour cancelation policy and if you can not make your class please un book so someone else can take your space. If you are on an unlimited Membership, by joining this session you understand and agree that #teamtash will be invoicing  you $10 if you are a repeated no show. Unless extreme circumstances
