We have designed this class to perfectly complement our other classes here at #teamtash.


 COREfit is a 30 minute class that will incorporate engage and challenge your core. The core isn’t just our abs and obliques, it’s also our back muscles, muscles around your pelvis and your gultes. A strong  core is key and will help with everything you do!


INTENSITY LEVEL - Medium

This class is suitable for ALL fitness levels. 


 PLEASE REMEMBER  We have a 12 hour cancelation policy and if you can not make your class please un book so someone else can take your space. If you are on an unlimited Membership, by joining this session you understand and agree that #teamtash will be invoicing  you $10 if you are a repeated no show. Unless extreme circumstances
