This 30 minute small group training style class is the perfect mix of strength and cardio. This class will challenge you, inspire you,  and have you walking away feeling empowered. If you’re wanting results, combining both strength training and cardio into your workout regimen is key. 


In this session we ask you to lift a bit heavier, go a bit fast and lean into being uncomfortable. 


INTENSITY LEVEL - High

We recommend a good level of fitness for this season. 


 PLEASE REMEMBER  We have a 12 hour cancelation policy and if you can not make your class please un book so someone else can take your space. If you are on an unlimited Membership, by joining this session you understand and agree that #teamtash will be invoicing  you $10 if you are a repeated no show. Unless extreme circumstances
